Most likely your rims can handle the additional PSI rating of the part # AM10295 that you referenced which is 95 psi. Typically it's the valve stem that is the limiting factor.

The MORryde 4 step handle part # MR33RR fits the first generation of the folding steps which are identifiable by the release mechanism for folding the steps down which is a pin that gets pulled out as the second gen has a push button. It's very likely you have the wrong generation if you can't seem to see how it would install without drilling which would mean you would need the # MR73AR.

You are correct that backing up does need to be very straight when hooking up a 5th wheel trailer to a standard 5th wheel hitch. A solution to that would be to remove your standard hitch and instead use the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200.
